one of my favorites
a wonderful basic light! highly recommended and lovely
My go-to fixture
I have used these lights on several separate projects, including a low ceiling kitchen where a bank of 70's flushmount florescent ceiling panels needed upgrading, and a film edit suite which required a wide range of illumination flexibility. I appreciate the energy efficiency and lumen output of LED's, but most manufacturers overlook the nuance of color temperature on the perception of quality space. I find 3000K jarringly cold for interior spaces, and this fixture has a 2700K option which I love. My only regret is that the color options (orange, gold, turquoise) have been discontinued as the thin rim of color right against the ceiling was a fun way to add a tiny dash of pop without making a big kitschy statement. Not many LED slim profile flushmounts under 3k have the features that I need, which are: -sleek, simple design, looks great as a single or in multiples -2700K option for warm home illumination -broad lighting for large areas, dimmable for overall brightness or ambient low light -enclosed glass, so bugs and debris don't get in
